This is the story of a 12 year old girl who writes in her diary the name of the man she will later marry. Years have passed, the man who is now putting a ring on her finger is called Shane, the young man in Ailbhe’s diary. They chose me as their wedding videographer not just to capture their wedding day, but to tell their story through their wedding film.
The big part of their relationship is that they are together since they were 16 (Ailbhe was in love with Shane from the age of 12, but he didn’t love her back!). They have always felt that because they have basically been together their whole adult lives, they have had a series of mini relationships, falling in love with each version of who they have become as they have grown older.
I KNEW IT WAS YOU (The story of Ailbhe & Shane)

A great way to make sure that your visual memories are something special is to plan ahead with your videographer and photographer to add some extras into the mix. For example, maybe they could document you and your husband-to-be on a boat ride together before the ceremony? Or even after the wedding? Maybe they could shoot some footage of you two doing something adventurous together so that when people see it, they'll feel like they were there with you? Or go on an adventure session together beforehand? The possibilities are practically endless!
Another point to bear in mind is that if you're planning a wedding in South West France, you'll need to hire a videographer who knows the area well. This will ensure that your video features the most beautiful, authentic scenery of the area.
