Provence wedding photographer

Refined, timeless wedding imagery, rooted in genuine human connection.

I’m a wedding photographer and videographer based in Provence.
For over 12 years, I’ve been documenting weddings across Provence, the French Riviera, the Luberon, the Alpilles, Aix-en-Provence, and beyond. I work discreetly, capturing glances, quiet moments, shared laughter, and the emotions that unfold throughout this unique day. My approach goes beyond simple documentation. It is guided by an aesthetic, narrative, and intimate vision, always focused on revealing the authenticity of your union.

Why choose a wedding photographer based in Provence?

Getting married in Provence means embracing an incomparable golden light, exceptional landscapes such as vineyards, olive groves and lavender fields, and venues with authentic charm. But what truly matters are the people, the real moments, shared glances, and natural emotions. My photography aims to reveal these moments and enhance them without artifice, with constant attention to framing, light, and feeling, in the spirit of a provence wedding photographer. I work discreetly and with care, so you can fully live your day without ever being interrupted by the camera. The photo session then becomes a fluid, natural moment, often filled with laughter, spontaneity, and authenticity.

Which wedding photography style should you choose?

Wedding photography can be expressed through two complementary approaches. Classic documentary coverage, inspired by photojournalism, aims to tell the story of your day as it naturally unfolds, in a spontaneous and honest way, without staging or excessive intervention. As a provence wedding photographer, I work discreetly to capture real emotions, genuine interactions, and fleeting moments, delivering a sincere and faithful record of your wedding.
The editorial style brings a more aesthetic and graphic dimension, inspired by fashion and publishing. It places particular emphasis on light, composition, and lines, sometimes with gentle direction, to create strong, elegant, and timeless images. Together, these two approaches allow for a wedding reportage that is both authentic and narrative, while remaining visually refined and designed to stand the test of time.

Which venues should you choose for a wedding in Provence?

The Luberon: Gordes, Roussillon, Lourmarin, hilltop villages and iconic landscapes.
The Alpilles: Les Baux-de-Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, structured nature and Provençal elegance.
Aix-en-Provence: wine estates and bastides set among vineyards and olive groves.
Drôme Provençale: the lavender fields of the Plateau de Valensole and the Gorges du Verdon.

Provence is an authentic region filled with romantic and elegant settings. It is an ideal backdrop to celebrate a wedding and to discover a wide diversity of unique venues throughout the region. Imagine yourselves surrounded by rolling hills of olive trees and vineyards, stone farmhouses and bastides, punctuated by the sound of cicadas during the day and the gentle atmosphere of summer nights. While planning your wedding in Provence, let yourself be inspired by the landscapes, postcard views, and the work of a provence wedding photographer.
Couples from around the world are drawn to France and its romantic culture, carried by the distinctive charm of Provence. They are drawn to the beauty of character-filled châteaux, historic abbeys, and villas overlooking the sea. Everyone can find a place that feels right for them, at the heart of a region rich in natural scenery and remarkable locations. As a provence wedding photographer, I travel throughout France and internationally.

Provence is a land of sensations and light, where every detail contributes to the unique atmosphere of a wedding. The warm colors of the landscapes, local markets, generous tables, and regional produce shape a vibrant and authentic setting. Between sunlit vineyards, wine estates, and character-filled villages, the region offers a visual richness ideal for natural and elegant photography. From the surroundings of Aix-en-Provence to the Rhône lands, each place becomes a strong setting to tell your story through the eye of a provence wedding photographer.
Getting married in Provence, among lavender fields or in a Provençal bastide, offers a true sense of escape. Each year, many couples choose Provence for its authentic charm, preserved villages, and historical heritage. A region where time seems to stand still, and where every wedding becomes an unforgettable visual immersion.

How does a wedding photography reportage unfold?

A wedding photo reportage always begins with a conversation, to understand your sensibility and the photographic approach that suits you. This step helps define a clear framework and approach the wedding day with confidence, in collaboration with your provence wedding photographer.
On the wedding day itself, photography is carried out with discretion and precision. The goal is to capture emotions, interactions, details, and the overall atmosphere of your day, without ever disrupting its natural flow. After the wedding, the editing process allows the images to be harmonized through a careful selection, refined light treatment, and consistent color grading, resulting in a timeless rendering that remains true to the vision of a provence wedding photographer.
Three approaches can be considered: the classic documentary style, inspired by photojournalism and focused on spontaneity; the editorial style, more aesthetic and graphic, with close attention to composition and light; and the cinematic style, which combines narration and atmosphere to create an immersive and emotional series of images.
Each service is designed to create a sincere, elegant, and lasting photographic reportage, faithful to your couple and to the spirit of your wedding.
