Under the powerful sun of the city of Perreux in Loire (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France), we celebrated the wedding of Sofya & Yohan. The first part of the festivities that ended in Morocco, with Sofya’s family.
It’s always very nice to discover a big and charming wedding venue and then to join your newlyweds who are just waiting to start this beautiful day. It’s also very strange to become a part of — within a day or two — a group of people previously unknown to you, to hear their speeches, come into their inner circle, film their faces full of emotion, become attached, and then leave. It’s very strong and very fast.
When I met Sofya and Yohan before they left for their wedding in Morocco, I realized that I was not alone in this feeling. They too experienced this day as a hard hit, but they were so happy to be able to have all these beautiful moments compiled in a wedding video, that they quickly forgot the frustration of the rhythm of the day.
Every wedding is original in the heart of the bride and groom, a wedding film recreates this great day, and highlights what we might otherwise forget over time: the beauty of emotion.
